	Restoring Paint Branch Restoring Paint Branch was originally prepared and publised by the Interstate Commission on the Potomac River Basin in 1992. The Eyes of Paint Branch published this update in 1999 with funds from the Chesapeake Bay Program's Small Watershed Grants Program, which is administered by the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay.
